FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: isolated pipe includes an inner pipe (3), a shell pipe, a layer of, at least, one polyurethane between the inner pipe and the shell pipe and a film sleeve (5) between the polyurethane and the shell pipe. The method includes steps A, B, C, D. Step "A" includes providing an inner pipe and a continuously formed film sleeve on a belt conveyor with clamps. The inner pipe is located inside the film sleeve to form an annular gap. Step "B" includes introducing polyurethane system into the annular gap, comprising, at least, one isocyanate component (a) and, at least, one polyol mixture (b). Stage "C" includes foaming and curing the polyurethane system. Stage "D" includes extruding shell pipes from a thermoplastic synthetic material. The introduction in stage "B" is carried out by a multi-component moulding die bent according to the radius of the annular gap. The die covers a segment of the circular annular gap from 20 to 180°, and the holes in this die are located in such a way that the polyurethane system is fed in the direction of the film sleeve.
