FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet consisting of a rare earth element R, an additional element T, iron Fe, boron B and impurities. This magnet comprises a phase enriched in rare earth elements and the main phase of the crystal structure of Nd2Fe14B. The area of mentioned main phase is in the range of 91 to 97% of the total cross-sectional area perpendicular to the direction of orientation of mentioned magnet, where the normal direction of the cross-section is the orientation direction. R is one or more than one element selected from Y, Sc and fifteen elements from the lanthanide series. T is one or more than one element selected from Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, Al, Zr, Nb, Mo and Sn. The way to obtain the specified magnet, including melting of alloy, alloy, powder mixing destruction, pressing, sintering and thermal treatment after sintering is also proposed.
EFFECT: sintered magnet has at the same time the maximum energy of the magnetic field and high coercive force of its own.
