FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of monolithic three-layer building wall consists in formation of external and internal layers of sandcrete separated by an insulation layer and connected with each other by basaltic links using hand-tamping method, manufactured by forming blocks by mounting traveling shuttering on the insulation layer of the based surface, the traveling shuttering is deprived of partition on the side of the previously formed wall block to ensure inextricable connection of newly formed block with the previous one. The thickness of the shuttering based surface is designed in such a way that it provides a lowered position of the insulation upper surface relative to the inner and outer walls of the formed block, which subsequently allows to insert the insulation layer to the groove formed by the based surface of the shuttering. Wherein, after the manufacture of 3-5 blocks, the exterior and interior walls are grouted to provide a smooth and flat surface which does not require plastering.

EFFECT: reduced cost and labour intensivity of three-layer wall erection with improved thermal insulation properties.
