FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, specifically to erection of low-rise buildings and structures. Method of erection of low-rise building or structure consists in the fact that on strip foundation U-shaped metal profile is laid in two rows along the whole perimeter of erected walls. Reinforced concrete beams-racks are mounted in said rows from U-shaped profile to form a frame. Each beam-strut is made in the form of two posts from sand concrete, combined with each other by means of a reinforcement framework. All beams-posts of the obtained frame are fixed with longitudinal reinforcement, and windows and doors are installed in the formed frame and utilities are mounted. After that, installing the removable formwork along the outer perimeter of the house and placing the fibreglass reinforcing mesh along the walls of the formwork. Filling the space formed by the removable formwork with foamed concrete to the level of floor of the first floor, and after the foamed concrete hardening, mounting the removable formwork along the inner perimeter of the house, performing layer-by-layer concreting with foamed concrete while moving the formwork. When the foam concrete pouring reaches the ceiling level of the next floor, the ceiling frame is mounted, in which the beams-posts act as horizontal beams, after which the horizontal formwork is mounted with the installation of supports if necessary. Roof is poured using the same technology, and after the foamed concrete hardens, the surfaces are plastered.

EFFECT: invention reduces cost and duration of construction.
