FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating bursoligamentous apparatus of a knee joint and could be applied for treating the ruptures of posterior cruciate ligament and posterior-lateral bursoligamentous apparatus. The method includes the formation of osseous canals in femoral and tibial condyles followed by applying through the implant's canals the posterior cruciate ligament and fixation of the implant's free ends near the exit of the canals. The novelty is the fact that it is necessary to fulfill the incision of 1.0 cm length in area of lateral femoral epicondyle, then one should fulfill the incision of 1.0 cm length in posterior-lateral articular department being 1.0 cm below articular fissure. Through the incisions fulfilled one should form osseous canals through which one should apply the second implant by close technique in projection of the tendon of popliteal muscle and posterior-lateral department of capsuloligamentous apparatus. Moreover, the second implant, in projection of capsule's posterior-lateral department, should be applied between fibrous and synovial layers of articular capsule without penetration into its cavity that should be controlled endoscopically. After applying the implants through osseous canals the implant of posterior cruciate ligament should be fixed at the angle of 90° of bending in knee joint and eliminating initial posterior subluxation of shin in neutral position and the second implant in projection of posterior-lateral department of the capsule, also, at bending the knee joint at the angle of 90° and maximal internal rotation of shin that simultaneously reconstructs the ligament and strengthens posterior articular department.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
