FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: unit consists of horizontally disposed cylindrical shielding housing. Inside the housing there is a perforated disk-rotor made of non-ferromagnetic material, rotating from the electric motor. Cylindrical resonators are rigidly fixed on the periphery of the disk-rotor. Inside each resonator, removable heat-resistant dielectric containers are installed with locks, which covers are perforated. The inner surface of the containers is covered with silicone material. Microwave generator units are mounted on the cover of the shielding housing, which opens with the help of pivot hinges and handles, so that the radiators are directed inside the resonators. On the base of the shielding housing there is a drainage pipe.
EFFECT: invention provides cooking of poultry and animal slaughter wastes.
