SUBSTANCE: microwave cyclic action plant for heat treatment of meat raw materials consists of a cylindrical shielding housing with a cover and a drain branch pipe. Inside the shielding housing, there is a removable cylindrical resonator chamber made of a non-ferromagnetic material, mounted with its base on a rotary frame. The removable resonator is installed inside the rim with a gear ring engaged with a drive gear located on the shaft of the electric motor installed on the lateral side of the shielding housing. The removable cylindrical resonator chamber is made either in the form of a squirrel cage or perforated with a various configuration of openings. A generator unit is located on the cover of the shielding housing, so that the radiator is directed into the open cylindrical resonator chamber having internal ribs along the side wall. The rotary frame is fixed with a plant stopping mechanism.
