FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: seed separation machine comprises a cylindrical housing equipped with a helical guide and installed with the possibility of rotation, with a hollow perforated rotor mounted therein, equipped with a receiving helical device made in the form of a hollow perforated conical jacket with a multi-flight helical surface, a water supply unit, a loading device and an unloading device. The rotor is made of three or more perforated strips of trapezoidal shape with different sizes by width, with their increase by the rotor length from loading to unloading, on which, alternately from their opposite sides, areas of weakened section - incisions with beveled walls - are made at an angle of 60° by means of milling or pressure treatment. The perforated strips are twisted longitudinally relative to their longitudinal axes and are bent in the transverse direction along a helical line on a conical mandrel, forming three or more helical grooves and helical lines of the left and the right direction around the perforated rotor with a variable, increasing pitch of the helical lines from loading to unloading.
EFFECT: using the invention will allow to expand the technological capabilities of the seed separation machine.
