FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: machine tool comprises a housing and a hollow perforated rotor mounted therein, installed with the possibility of rotation and equipped with a loading device for raw materials, a water supply unit, and a discharge device. The perforated rotor is made in the form of a cylinder with the axis 01-01, mounted obliquely at an angle α with respect to its rotation axis 02-02 with perforated walls along the perimeter and with perforated end walls of elliptical shape. One of the end walls is made flat and mounted at an angle ϕ to the rotation axis 02-02. The other end wall is made conically shaped, has an elliptical base and is positioned at an angle β or perpendicular to the rotation axis 02-02. The perforated end walls of the rotor are mounted at an angle δ to each other. Their larger diameters of the end wall ellipses are turned along the rotation axis 02-02 relative to each other at an angle ψ. Through the entire length of the perforated rotor along its rotation axis 02-02 a cylindrical spring with flat section of turns and with the turn direction coinciding with the rotation direction of the perforated rotor, is mounted. The spring is equipped with the device for changing the turn pitch by means of its extension or contraction. The housing is equipped with a seed unloading device and, together with the perforated rotor, is fixed to a frame resiliently mounted on a bed.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of seed separation.
