FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in ball valves for nuclear installations, as well as on main oil pipelines, gas pipelines, power plants, oil refining and chemical industries. The crane body is made integral with the top cover connector. First, the assembly of the sealing units is performed. After that, through the upper connector of the cover, install a spherical part, previously rotated by 90° from the working horizontal position to the vertical position in the nodes of rotation of the tooling. The rigging is fixed to the end face of the flange of the case, followed by a turn inside the case into the working position "open", and then the pivot part and the upper support. In order to provide an assembly gap with the closure, the seat is moved apart within the permissible plastic deformations of the corrugated membranes by supplying the pressurized medium from a third-party source to the manifold of the bellows block included in the sealing assembly via process pipelines.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of replacing the withdrawable parts of the ball valve without cutting the hull out of the pipeline, reducing the weight and size characteristics, increasing the service life and tightness.
