FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laparoscopic devascularization of stomach body, bottom and cardia with mandatory ligation or stitching of the left gastric artery and vein. Bandaging or stitching of gastric arteries and veins with a diameter greater than 3 mm is carried out using a clip applicator and a stapler. After stitches removal on day 8-9, preliminary EGD is performed. A month later, the results of mandatory fibro-esophagogastroscopy are performed by ligation of varicose esophagus veins. Control EGD is performed once every 6 months for 3-5 years.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of treatment, reduced risk of recurrence of bleeding in varicose veins of stomach and esophagus.
