FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to abdominal surgery, and can be used in surgical management and prevention of recurrent hemorrhages in oesophageal and cardia varicose veins dilatation. That is ensured by proximal selective vagotomy. It is followed with mobilisation of a cardia, a gastric fundus and an abdominal oesophagus. A neoesophagogastroanastomosis and areflux cardia are created; the cardia is resected by an abdominal approach. A gastric stump is closed, an oesophageal ligamentous apparatus is formed after creating an esophagogastroanastomosis on an anterior wall of an upper one-third of stomach in the least visually detected vasularised and undeserous region; the areflux cardia is formed.
EFFECT: method allows considerably reducing risk of recurrent hamorrhages and anastomotic leak, preventing development of postoperative reflux-esophagitis.
