FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: composition for enhancement of an immune response to a tumour contains: soluble β-glucan component; an antibody component specifically binding to the soluble β-glucan; and an antitumor antibody. In another aspect, this invention relates to a method to increase the individual response to β-glucan immunotherapy. Application of this invention allows to increase the effectiveness of tumour immunotherapy in an individual, increasing the response to therapy using β-glucan with an antitumor antibody, initiating the cytotoxicity of neutrophils, macrophages and natural killers.
EFFECT: increased immune response.
