FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: modular binding includes an accounting and measurement unit module. This module contains flowmeters-liquid and gas meters, connecting pipelines, a heat converter, a throttle valve and a shut-off valve. The module of the metering and measuring unit provides measurements by a downhole sensor. The connecting pipes are flexible high-pressure hoses with quick-detachable connections. The module of the metering and measuring unit on gas and water line inlet and outlet is connected to x-mass tree and additionally contains a gas analyzer, a flame detector, and pressure transducers. These transducers are installed before and after the throttle valve. The throttle valve is made with an electric drive and PID controller and provides possibility for controlling - throttling of gas pressure in annular space. The module of the metering and measuring unit is connected by explosion-proof electrical connectors to a control and power supply module. The latter is designed to receive and process measurements of the metering and measurement module, maintain the specified values of annular and bottomhole pressures, record produced gas with correction for temperature and pressure, and account produced formation fluid. This module contains a pump control station with a frequency converter, an automation and communication cabinet, a power distribution cabinet.

EFFECT: cost reduction for binding a methane-coal well, time reduction for installation and adjustment of equipment, quality improvement of development and operation processes of methane-coal wells by providing automatic maintenance of well operation parameters operation according to given schedule.
