FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: first, inclusions of cubic form are made in a special lattice tray, the compaction of roach is carried out by vibration, after which the inclusions are frozen to the temperature specified by the experiment. Then, tray with cells is dismantled, the inclusions are removed, they are incubated at room temperature for a while until condensate appears on the surface for better adhesion to binder, the inclusions are mixed with binder - occurrence solid, mixed inclusions with binder are placed in a specially manufactured detachable cylindrical shape (collet). Then, collet with solid is installed in the climatic chamber and frozen to the temperature, corresponding to the temperature of solid in massif, applied to different periods of year, and held in refrigerator until the temperature in the center of sample with the thermal sensor installed in it is equal to the set temperature.
EFFECT: possibility of making samples that are structurally comparable to a blown up massif of roaches, allowing to determine on them the resistance to soil shear by the single-plane cut method.
