FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a fodder additive for poultry farming, including fermenting a vegetable raw material with proteolytic enzymes, is proposed; peas with the humidity of 5-7 wt %, mixed with a proteolytic enzyme preparation "Protosubtilin G3x" taken in an amount not exceeding 3 wt %, are taken as the vegetable raw material, the resulting mixture is subjected to mechanical activation in activators providing the acceleration of milling bodies of 200-300 m/s2 and the residence time in the treatment zone of 2-5 minutes, mechanofermented peas (MFG) are obtained. A method for increasing the agricultural poultry productivity is proposed, including the introduction of the fodder additive, mechanofermented peas, obtained according to claim 1, into the fodder of agricultural poultry, from the first day of life in the dosage of 3-3.4% of the fodder weight, daily, throughout the growing period. The proposed method has been approved in the laboratory for the prevention of mass diseases of young agricultural animals of the State Research Institution "Institute of Experimental Veterinary of Siberia and Far East" of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2015.
EFFECT: development of a simple and effective method of obtaining a fodder additive, the use of which hasallowed to improve the safety and to increase the weight gain and the productivity of agricultural poultry, as well as the nutritional properties of meat products.
