SUBSTANCE: when the power supply is in the charging state, the power supply control chip is measured by the voltage on the positive electrode of the battery cell within the power supply through the power supply control lead electrically connected to the positive electrode of the battery cell. In this case, the positive electrode of the battery cell is connected to the positive terminal of the power supply through the security element. Compare the voltage measured on the positive electrode with a predetermined voltage. If it is determined that the voltage on the positive electrode of the battery cell is not lower than a predetermined voltage, the charging mode of the power supply is changed from the charging state of the unchanged constant current to the charging state by an unchanging constant voltage. The power supply control chip switches the charging mode of the power supply only when it detects that the voltage of the battery cell has reached a predetermined voltage.
