SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to a battery power scheme. In response to the reception of the first control instruction, a switcher in a power scheme is turned on, and the first switching unit and the second switching unit in the power scheme are transferred to an off-state, so that the first element and the second element are sequentially connected in the power scheme; and, in response to the reception of the second control instruction, the switcher is turned off, and the first switching unit and the second switching unit are transferred to an on-state, so that the first element and the second element are connected in parallel.
EFFECT: increase in scalability and adaptivity of a device to be charged.
