FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparing a part and setting it on a vibration table, adjusting the vibration excitation frequency of the vibration table before it coincides with the natural vibration frequency of the part, and impact on the part by vibrating at a resonant frequency. At the same time, to determine the fatigue endurance limit of the monowheel blades of a turbomachine compressor, in the preparation of a monowheel and mounting on the vibration table, the frequency of the natural vibrations of at least one of its blades and the exciting vibration frequency of the vibration table are adjusted until they coincide. Impact on the blade by vibration with a resonant frequency is performed under a load providing variables in the blade without destruction, close to the limiting ones, dynamic stresses during N-loading cycles corresponding to the material of the monowheel production. The coincidence of the natural vibration frequency of at least one of its blades and the excitation frequency of the vibration table is additionally provided by dampening the blades and / or loading with loads.
EFFECT: reduced number of blades to be destroyed and maintained operability of most of the structure.
