FIELD: turbines or turbomachines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbomachinery, namely, to methods of vibration tests of large-size parts of turbomachines. Proposed method comprises preparation and installation of oversized part made up of compressor disc. Preparation is carried out by placing on disc blades of cargoes loads of different weight to change resonance frequency of oscillations of each blade relative to the other, frequency of natural oscillations of disc blades and excitation vibration frequency of the vibration table are controlled till their coincidence so that maximum dynamic stresses in blades are close to limit values. Blades are affected by vibration with a resonant frequency. In process of tests characteristics of process parameters are recorded by means of vibration sensors. Own frequency and amplitude of sinusoidal signal are set for each blade of disc by means of appropriate generator. Signals corresponding to each blade are supplied to a switching device, by means of which a frequency band with a discrete oscillation spectrum of the blades is formed with a difference between the previous and the next values of the specified oscillation frequency exceeding 10 %. Blades are exposed simultaneously.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of test results by excluding mutual influence of specified frequencies of sinusoidal signals during formation of frequency band.
