FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of appliances for securing parts of turbomachine on vibration table during fatigue tests. Device comprises base, which is made with possibility of fixation on vibration table, housing, connected to base by means of cylindrical projection-slot connection, with possibility of housing rotation in circumferential direction in cylindrical slot, with the possibility of fixing the body on the base in the required position, clamping device for fixation of blades of turbomachines, comprising movable and fixed detachable elements with formation of a gap between them, connected to each other by a mechanism that controls the gap value and pressing force between them. At that, on each of the detachable elements there is a clamping element made in the form of a cylindrical roller on which a flat is made, and on each of the detachable elements, between the cylindrical roller and the blade of the tested blade, there is at least one protrusion, wherein the projections of the movable and fixed detachable elements are directed towards each other. At that, fixed detachable element is connected to housing by means of cylindrical projection-through hole connection respectively, with possibility of fixed detachable element rotation in circumferential direction in cylindrical through hole and its rigid fixation relative to the housing in the required position, besides, on the end of the cylindrical projection of the fixed detachable element there is a threaded hole for rigid fixation of elements of turbomachines.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of measured parameters, simplification of preparation and performance of tests, wider range of parts tested on bench.
