FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device including a separator and an absorber with an upper dephlegmation and lower absorption sections is proposed. The gas to be purified is separated in the separator from condensed moisture which is discharged, and separation gas is fed into absorber bottom after heating at least its part in dephlegmation section. An acid gas absorbent, for example an aqueous alkanolamine solution, is supplied to the absorption section, and a saturated absorbent is discharged from the bottom of the absorber, the purified gas is fed to dephlegmation section where it is subjected to cooling under dephlegmation, partially dried and purified from the absorbent vapours, and discharged from the top of the absorber.
EFFECT: prevention of amine absorbent losses, elimination of water consumption and mineralisation of absorbent when absorbing acid gases.
