SUBSTANCE: installation includes a synthesis gas generation unit and at least two methanol synthesis units, each comprising a device for cooling, separating, recuperating the synthesis gas and a cooled catalytic reactor, as well as a device for cooling and separating off gas, equipped with a line supply of waste gas for combustion. Thus as catalytic reactors, the reactors cooled by a mixture of water and raw materials are installed, as for cooling devices, separation and the regenerative heating dephlegmators are installed, equipped with at least two heat and mass transfer sections, and as a device for cooling and exhaust gas separation reflux condenser, equipped with at least one heat and mass exchange section for supplying exhaust gas line, the absorber is installed and equipped with a line input of the circulating crude methanol as absorbent on which the heat recovery heat exchanger and a refrigerator, the output line of the crude methanol, saturated with carbon dioxide gas to the center portion dephlegmator installed after the first reactor, on which the heat recovery heat exchanger, and connected to the synthesis gas production unit by the purified-off gas feed line as a fuel.
EFFECT: proposed installation allows to obtain methanol in high yield.
