FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus, chromium, nickel, copper, nitrogen, aluminium, titanium, niobium, vanadium and iron at the following ratio, wt %: carbon no more than 0.18, manganese 0.9-1.6, silicon ≤0.02, sulfur 0.001-0.02, phosphorus 0.005-0.02, chromium no more than 0.20, nickel no more than 0.40, copper no more than 0.35, nitrogen ≤0.006, aluminium 0.01-0.08, titanium 0.001-0.1, niobium 0.01-0.08, vanadium 0.05-0.2, iron is the rest. Steel has temporary resistance σat=490-620 MPa, yield point σt≥355 MPa and relative elongation δ≥21%.
EFFECT: increased strength properties.
