FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: installation for purifying liquids and gases from solid mechanical impurities and emulsion water contains a body with a normal cross-sectional area, a hermetically sealed cover on the body with an inlet branch pipe, a spring-loaded hydrodynamic filter element fixed between the upper and lower flat bases, the upper one of which is connected to the inlet branch pipe, a branch pipe for discharging a part of the purified liquid, made in the body bottom, a nozzle fixed on the outlet side of the body bottom, having a branch pipe for the outlet of the purified liquid, and a spillage branch pipe, in which an additional hydrodynamic filter element is fixed, similar in design to the hydrodynamic filter element located in the body and connected by means of a cap nut with the branch pipe for discharging a part of the purified liquid. Herewith the filter element of the installation contains 2n parallel connected identical porous partitions made in the form of tetrahedral truncated pyramids fixed on the flat bases, the upper one of which forms an inlet chamber with the body cap, connected with holes in this base with internal cavities of the porous partitions, and the lower one forms a chamber for collecting crude liquid from all 2n porous partitions with the body bottom. The inner cavity of the chamber communicates with the branch pipe for discharging a part of the liquid to be cleaned into the additional hydrodynamic filter element. In the chamber, isolated flow channels are provided for the flow of purified liquid from the body to the nozzle. Herewith the additional hydrodynamic filter element installed in the spillage branch pipe has a porous partition area equal to 0.1 of the total area of all 2n porous partitions.
EFFECT: reducing the overall dimensions of the device and simplifying the technology of its manufacture, while ensuring the required throughput and fineness of purification.
