FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: labyrinth seal is made in the form of a crest located on one flange of the chamber and a return groove located on the other flange, and two grooves with O-ring seals placed therein. At that the chamber flange with sealing rings is provided at least with an annular groove forming annular cavity with an opposite flange and the nearest O-ring seal located between the groove and the crest. The velocity of gas penetrating from the condensed volume through the labyrinth seal is extinguished in said annular cavity.
EFFECT: increase reliability of the sealing unit.
