FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: reactor contains the main winding, a magnetic system with yokes and rods, a control winding, each core of the magnetic system is made in the form of an armoured core with the corresponding yokes and a rod on which the control winding is located. The rod of the core is located orthogonally to the axis of the main winding, and the yoke of the core is parallel to the axis of the main winding. The central core of the armoured rod core is made in the form of a coiled magnetic tape serving as a winding and a core.
EFFECT: reduction of the sizes of the main winding, magnetic system, consumption of active materials, overall dimensions and reduction of losses from the scattering fields of the main magnetic flux.
