FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum and gas chemistry, namely to the method for producing hydrocarbons by catalytic conversion of a mixture, preferably containing CO, H2. The produced liquid hydrocarbon fractions can be used as fuels, including automotive ones, characterized with high environmental cleanliness. Method for preparation of high octane synthetic gasoline fraction from natural or associated gases is described, comprising bifunctional catalyst, feeding hydrocarbon gas to the plant, dividing it into two flows: the process and energy one, directing the energy flow to combustion, heating the synthesis gas reactor plant components with combustion gas, cleaning the technological flow of hydrocarbon gas from sulfur compounds, synthesis gas production by high-temperature steam reforming hydrocarbon gas with water vapour, obtaining a mixture of liquid hydrocarbons and water, followed with separation into high-octane synthetic gasoline fraction and water. The desulfurized hydrocarbon gas is fed sequentially into two pre-reforming reactors, where hydrogen-containing gas is formed in the presence of water vapour, and then in the reforming reactor, where synthesis gas is formed on the nickel catalyst, the excess hydrogen from the synthesis gas is removed with a gas separation device and directed for mixing with the energy flow of hydrocarbon gas, the liquid hydrocarbons are obtained from synthesis gas in reactors, containing the bifunctional catalyst. The plant for producing high octane synthetic gasoline fraction comprises a natural gas steam conversion unit, including a heat-energized instrumentation assembly with a combustion chamber, a hydrocarbon gas unit cleaning from sulfur compounds, a hydrocarbon gas and water mixing unit, a reaction unit, a combustion gas removal unit, heat exchangers, a separator, a unit Separation of excess hydrogen from the synthesis gas, heat exchangers, separators, a unit for production of synthetic gasoline fraction, comprising a cascade of reactors for gasoline fraction synthesis with reaction flows heat exchangers, compressor, buffer tanks, mixer for gas flows, heat exchangers, separators, filters, water collectors, pumps, product container. Gasoline fracton synthesis unit of synthetic gasoline fraction production unit is designed in form of cascade of reactors and heat exchangers for reaction flows. All units of the plant are hydraulically and pneumatically connected to each other and to intermediate tanks, and the synthesis gas output from the membrane gas separation unit is pneumatically connected to the input of gasoline fraction synthesis reactors.
EFFECT: increase the efficiency of hydrocarbon gases use at small fields and associated oil gases due to their processing into high-octane gasoline fraction.
