SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemistry. Invention relates to a method for producing synthetic oil from natural / associated petroleum gas, suitable for transportation through trunk pipelines together with natural oil. Initial feed gas is mixed with water, the resulting water-gas mixture is heated and mixed with pre-heated air enriched with oxygen. Carry out a single-stage catalytic conversion of the heated vapor-gas mixture in the process of autothermal reforming with the obtaining of synthesis gas, its cooling, compressing, preheating and single-stage catalytic conversion in a compact mini-channel Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor into a mixture of water and synthetic liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide. Mixture of unreacted synthesis gas and water obtained in the Fischer-Tropsch process and synthetic liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide is cooled out of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor. Hydrogen-containing gas, which is a mixture of gaseous synthetic hydrocarbons, unreacted synthesis gas and carbon dioxide, is separated from the mixture of water and synthetic liquid hydrocarbons. Water is separated from synthetic liquid hydrocarbons and mixed with a part of hydrogen-containing gas to form a gas-liquid mixture. Resulting gas-liquid mixture is heated and conduct a single-stage catalytic conversion of unsaturated hydrocarbons contained in the gas-liquid mixture into saturated hydrocarbons and synthetic oil is separated, which is a mixture of saturated synthetic hydrocarbons synthesized in a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reactor, and saturated synthetic hydrocarbons obtained as a result of the conversion of unsaturated hydrocarbons from unreacted hydrogen-containing gas. Invention also relates to a compact plant for the production of synthetic oil from natural / associated petroleum gas, suitable for transportation through trunk pipelines together with natural oil in one technological scheme.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of synthetic oil by increasing the yield of synthetic liquid hydrocarbons at the stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and ensuring the production of synthetic oil from natural / associated petroleum gas, suitable for transportation through trunk pipelines together with natural oil.
