SUBSTANCE: cement-sand mortar containing cement, sand, microsilica, superplasticiser, pyroligneous liquor and water, cement content is represented by sulphate-resistant or aluminous cement, sand has a size modulus of 1.5, SP-1 superplasticiser based on the condensation product of naphthalenesulfonic acid with formaldehyde according to TU 5870-005-58042865-05 is used as a superplasticiser, phenol-containing product of coal processing by the pyrolysis method is used as pyroligneous liquor, at the following ratio of components, wt %: cement - 35-40, Sand - 38-43, microsilica - 1-2, superplasticiser - 0.10-0.15, pyroligneous liquor - 2.0-2.4, water - the rest.
EFFECT: production of a cement-sand mortar that can be applied by centrifugal spraying to the surface of water pipelines with a slight rebound of mortar components, formation of a protective coating layer with good biocidal and anticorrosive properties, fine-pored structure, and sufficient strength.
