FIELD: waterproof and durable protective coating of concrete, reinforced concrete, stone, brick and metal surfaces of metal structures of any configuration and spatial position, as a rule, by the method of form-free wet concrete spraying. SUBSTANCE: first, a priming layer of high density, strength and viscosity is applied with a thickness of 8-12 mm with preliminary continuous making as monolithic the surface 4-6 cm thick, and then, one or several successive hydroinsulating high-strength layers 15-20 mm thick each are applied. To obtain primary layer of protective coating composition is used which contains binding agent in form of aluminate portland cement of grade 500 with tricalcium aluminate amounting to 12-14 % of cement weight, and filler is used for of quartz sand of fraction less than 0.140 mm and (0.140-0.630)mm, and microsilica based on amorphous silicon dioxide with specific surface of 20-40 sq.m/g and additionally superplasticizer S-3 based on sodium salts of product of condensation of naphthalenesulfonic acid with formaldehyde and water glass. To form the successive layers of protective coating, use made of composition which contains binding agent in form of aluminate portland cement of grade 500 with content of tricalcium silicate of 60-62 % of the cement weight. Filter is used in form of quartz sand of fraction 0.135 mm and 0.315-1.250 mm, and microsilica based on amorphous silicon dioxide with specific surface of 20-40 sq.m/g and additionally superplasticizer S-3 based on sodium salts of product of condensation of naphthalenesulfonic acid with formaldehyde and complex mineral additive - product of repeated combined grounding up to specific surface of 4.5-5.0 sq.m/g of aluminate cement with the content of tricalcium aluminate of 12-14 % of the cement weight, quartz sand with specific surface of 0.5-1.15 sq.m/g and calcium sulfoaluminate taken in ratio of 50:40:10, respectively. To produce each layer of protective coating of structure surface, after loading of the prepared composition into pneumatic concrete machine, pressure is set of 0.25-0.75 MPa and respective composition is applied to obtain layer of high density and viscosity, first, 4-6 mm for primary layer, 8-10 mm for successive layers, and, then, for 5-7 s pressure is reduced by 0.05-0.15 MPa, and respectively composition is applied to form primary and successive layers of preset thickness with intermediate breaks for their holding of 4-6 h. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
