SUBSTANCE: mammary gland parameters are measured. Preoperative marking, skin incision along the areola edge are performed. A cavity is formed under the implant, the implant is placed in the cavity. It is fixed and the incision is closed. At that, the mammary gland is exfoliated subcutaneously to the submammary ligament, the space under the large pectoral muscle is opened, mammary gland prostheses are placed in the submuscular space. The lower pole of the mammary glands is fixed with a continuous blanket suture from the absorbable material to the own fascia of the chest in the projection of the submammary mass. Skin wound edges are brought together by several subcutaneous nodal sutures with a submerged node of absorbable material. Skin glue "dermabond" is applied to the skin edges.

EFFECT: method allows to exclude the formation of capsular contracture of the mammary glands, to create the correct aesthetic form of the glands, to receive a cosmetic cutaneous wound that does not require postoperative care.
