SUBSTANCE: air conditioner with self-adjusting desiccative and evaporative cooling system, containing the inflow chamber and the main moist air exhaust chamber, the desiccative and evaporative cooling system, and two adiabatic humidifiers of exhaust and supply air with the supply pipes, air cleaners and fan units. This air conditioner is equipped with two additional exhaust chambers and two additional rotary heat exchangers, one of the additional rotary heat exchangers is positioned before adsorption rotary heat exchanger and in the area between the air cleaner and the fan unit of the second additional exhaust chamber, and the second additional rotary heat exchanger - before the main rotary heat exchanger and adiabatic humidifier of supply air, and additional exhaust chambers inlets and outlet ports of the first additional and the main exhaust chamber are provided with controlled air valves that at a joint interaction with controlled air valves of conditioner vertical transverse bulkheads provide passage of hot and absolutely dry air additional exhaust line in the form of off-gas through additional exhaust chambers, with the possibility of its connection both to the inlet of the first additional exhaust chamber with transit passage through the second additional exhaust chamber and to the inlet of the second additional exhaust chamber with transit passage of the main exhaust line through the first additional exhaust chamber.
EFFECT: provision of the zero energy consumption on the set parameters in an air conditioner.
