AIR CONDITIONER WITH TWO-ROTOR SYSTEM OF DRYING AND EVAPORATION COOLING Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F24F5/00

Abstract RU 2641496 C1

FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: air conditioner contains a supply chamber and an exhaust chamber of air removed from the room, separated by a horizontal partition with main and additional windows, a supply air cooler made in the form of a drying and evaporative cooling system consisting of two recuperators - an adsorption rotary regenerator and a rotary recuperator-heat exchanger built into the windows of the horizontal partition and having oppositely directed inflow and outflow lines, and two adiabatic humidifiers for supply and exhaust air with individual supply water pipes, one of which is located in the inflow line, and the other in the exhaust line. At that, the rotary recuperator-heat exchanger is equipped with an inverter with a controller. The supply and exhaust chambers contain inlet and outlet nozzles, air cleaners installed at the entrances to the supply and exhaust chambers, and fan units. At that, the main window in the horizontal partition is located at the inlet of the fresh air into the drying and evaporative cooling system. The air conditioner is equipped with an additional exhaust chamber, which is located above the horizontal partition and is separated from the main exhaust chamber by a vertical transverse partition sealed between the rotary recuperators, contains inlet and outlet nozzles, an air cleaner and a fan unit and has an additional hot air exhaust line obtained with the use of exhaust smoke gases, directed opposite to the inflow line. The rotary recuperator-heat exchanger is built into the main window of the horizontal partition, and the adsorption rotary recuperator is in its additional window.

EFFECT: provided zero energy consumption for supplied air cooling and heating.
