FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device includes an elastic exhaust pipe with toroidal stiffness chambers located along its length and filled with light inert gas, electric heating elements with supporting frame, a heat exchanger made of shielding film. The device is equipped with vertical telescopic hollow shaft located in the elastic exhaust pipe, on which a wind wheel with curvilinear cavities and an impeller is fixed. In this case, the profile of the wing impeller lower surface and the profile of the curvilinear cavity upper surface of the wind wheel form, in the joint motion, a cavity in the form of a tapering rotation cone, which axis coincides with the telescopic hollow shaft axis. Between the impeller and the wind wheel in hollow shafts there are inlet windows and outlet windows provided at the turbine level, in addition, the device is provided further with thermal generator that consists of a ring-shaped body mounted above the upper toroidal stiffness chamber with internal surface constantly blown by ventilation air and a set of differential thermocouples. At that, the lower surface of the impeller wing and the upper surface of the wind wheel are covered with nano and glass-like tantalum oxide film obtained by the ion-plasma method.
EFFECT: reducing the intensity of corrosion destruction wing surfaces of the impeller and wind wheel.
