SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to a device for air supply to deep open pits. Open pit device includes elastic vent-pipe with toroidal stiffness chambers located along its length and filled with a light inert gas, appliance for moving the device, electric heating elements with fixed frame, electric power plant in the form of a turbine and a motor-generator, a heat exchanger made of a shield film, in addition, equipped with a vertical telescopic hollow shaft placed in elastic vent-pipe, on which a wind wheel with curvilinear cavities and a impeller is fixed. In this case, profile of the lower surface of the impeller wing and profile of the upper surface of curved cavity of the wind wheel form a cavity in the form of a tapering cone of rotation, the axis of which coincides with the axis of the telescopic hollow shaft, and between the impeller wing and the wind wheel return ports are made, and at the turbine level, intake ports are provided, and the device is additionally equipped with a thermal generator, which consists of a body in the form of a ring mounted above the upper toroidal stiffness chamber with constantly ventilated air, and a set of differential thermocouples. Outer surface of the vent-pipe with toroidal stiffness chambers is covered with twisted bundles of fine fibrous basalt material, longitudinally stretched from the shielding film of the heat exchanger to the upper toroidal stiffness chamber inclusive.

EFFECT: technical result is to maintain normalized energy intensity of ventilation process, to eliminate additional heat losses.
