FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device includes flexible exhaust pipe with toroidal rigidly chambers located along its length and filled with inert gas, appliance for moving the device, electric heating elements fastened to supporting frame, power unit in form of turbine and motor generator, and heat exchanger made of screening film. Device is additionally supplied with vertical telescopic hollow shaft. Mounted on said shaft is windwheel with curved vanes and impeller. Profile of lower surface of impeller vane and profile of upper surface of curved cavity of windwheel form in combined motion a cavity in form of narrowing cone of revolution. Axis of cone coincides with axis of telescopic hollow shaft. Exhaust windows in hollow shaft are made between impeller and windwheel. Intake windows are provided at level of turbine. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reduced power consumption in process of ventilation due to elimination of stagnant zone in ventilated air in place of location of device by creation of rarefaction zone above output opening of exhaust pipe. 2 dwg
