FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: to implement the method, the drill fluid is fed from the bottom upwards through a manifold (2) installed in a closed tank (1). Through symmetrical holes in the upper part of the manifold, the fluid enters guide discs (3) mounted on the manifold (2). From the disks (3), the solution is distributed in a thin layer over the surface of disc plates (6) continuously vibrating at ultrasonic frequency, mounted on waveguides (5) of magnetostrictive transducers (4), installed in the upper part of the tank (1). The produced gas bubbles increase in size and, rising to the surface of the fluid, are released from it and concentrate in the upper part of the tank (1), whence they are pumped through a gas branch pipe (7) by a vacuum pump (10). The degassed fluid is withdrawn through the branch pipe (8) at the bottom of the tank (1).
EFFECT: increase of efficiency and degree of degassing of drill fluid, increase of explosion-proofness of degassing technology.
