FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: bandwidth is statically or dynamically allocated for communication sessions based on the implementation of the user profile request, the requested modality, the user location and the same factors, so that the desired quality of service (QoS) is provided during the communication session. Service providers (SPs) provide a differentiated QoS by pre-reserving the bandwidth limit as required and beyond that. The bandwidth boundary is used by service providers to include an additional error correction mechanism. The factors of dynamic bandwidth allocation are the location of UC-devices and the status of roaming.
EFFECT: ability to pre-reserve the bandwidth provided during the session setup.
