FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inhaler bottle comprises a body forming a reservoir for a drug for aerosol therapy. The body contains an outlet for the aerosol and an inlet for the air coming from the outside. The bottle also contains a tube, has a distal part that enters the said reservoir. The tube also has a proximal end for connection to a compressed air source. The distal part of the tube narrows, forming an outlet, to create a Venturi effect. The bottle comprises a multi-nozzle assembly comprising at least two nozzles. The nozzles are concentrically mounted on the said distal part of the tube so that there a gap is maintained between the tube and the nozzle in fluid connection with the drug. The dimensions and/or shape of the said nozzles are different for different drug spraying techniques. The nozzles are integrated with each other and with a control means for movement of these nozzles within the bottle body for their selective connection to the distal portion of the tube.
EFFECT: providing a change in the mass-median aerodynamic diameter with a possibility of spraying speed adjustment.
