FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: blank for manufacturing a test system for express diagnostics of Helicobacter pylori infection by urease activity of biopsy material and method for manufacturing the above-mentioned test system are proposed. The blank is a longitudinal strip of a sheet of flexible film with sectors divided by perforation lines. The blank contains N sectors for positioning a sensor, a sector for fixing the sensor, a sector for visual viewing of the sensor, and a sector for closing the sensor. The method includes manufacturing a blank by applying contours of the blank to one side of a sheet of flexible film, applying an adhesive coating to one of the surfaces of the flexible film sheet to areas bounded by the applied contour, drying and curing the adhesive coating, an anti-adhesive coating of the surface with a cured adhesive coating, the other surface of the flexible film sheet paint coating on the areas limited by the applied contour, drying the paint-coat and separating the blank from the flexible film sheet, removing the anti-adhesive coating, folding sectors, placement of a sensitive element in the formed well and hot lamination.

EFFECT: simplification of the method for manufacturing the test system with increase in its sensitivity.
