SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and biotechnology, in particular to a method for the preparation of a product based on collagenase and chitosan having a regenerating and wound healing action, according to which the collagenase is immobilized in a buffer solution onto an acid-soluble medium-molecular or high-molecular chitosan matrix in a ratio of 20 ml of a collagenase buffer solution at a concentration of 1 mg/ml per 1 g of said matrix, while a buffer solution for immobilization uses a 0.05 M glycine buffer with a pH of 8.6 for medium molecular weight chitosan and a pH of 10.5 for high molecular weight chitosan; further incubation is carried out for 5 hours at room temperature with intermittent mixing; then the precipitate formed is washed with 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer at pH 7.5 until the collagenase in the wash waters is empty.

EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the expenditure of the wound healing agent due to its high stability and prolonged action.
