FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: applicator for local application of semi-solid medicinal preparation comprises a body, a head with working surface for spreading medicinal preparation over skin and tightly closed hole on its working surface. Drive mechanism is equipped with control handle installed with possibility of rotation around the longitudinal axis of the applicator for piston movement along the drive element to the applicator head for supply of medicinal preparation from the cartridge filled with medicinal preparation, and thereby supply of specified dose of medicinal preparation through the hole to the working surface. In the applicator head on the rear side of the working surface of the cartridge has a channel for installation of a dosing end of the cartridge. Applicator body extends from the head of the applicator and surrounds the cartridge. Working surface is inclined relative to longitudinal axis of the applicator and working surface is greater than the diameter of the applicator head in the area of the cartridge, thus creating channel ledge for working surface to protect user's fingers against the medicinal preparation drawn to the working surface and against the medicinal preparation applied to skin. There are disclosed a kit for treating pathological skin conditions and method for medicinal preparation dispensing for application to the user's skin.
