FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the components, mixing them to form the moulding mass, loading it into a mould and forming, followed by a high-temperature roasting. As components, abrasive grains with a size of 28-106 mcm, finely dispersed ceramic binder powders and dextrin are used. The mixing of mentioned components of the moulding mass is carried out in a certain order with different mixing time intervals.
EFFECT: uniformity of the moulding mass and improvement of the technical characteristics of the abrasive tool.
