FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of abrasive tools on ceramic ligaments with high structure numbers for grinding with its continuous dressing during the processing of the part. Abrasive mass includes a mixture of abrasive grains with different grain sizes, the dimensions of which are 100–250 microns and 600–840 microns, the volume content of abrasive grains with a lower grain size is 30–42 % of the volume of the tool, and the volume content of abrasive grains with a higher grain size is 10–50 % of the volume content of grains with a lower grain size. Filler is a mixture of aluminosilicate hollow spherical particles with a size in the range of 5–560 microns in an amount of 10–50 % by volume of abrasive with a lower grain size.
EFFECT: improving tool performance on economical continuous dressing modes with small radial feed rates for a diamond roller.
