FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building and can be used in the abrasive tools manufacturing. Method comprises the components preparation, their mixing with the molding material production, its loading into the mold and molding, followed by annealing, at that, as the components using the abrasive grain with dimensions of 100–250 mcm, filler in the form of the aluminosilicate hollow spherical particles mixture ranging in size from 5 to 560 mcm, water for the mass wetting, filler in the form of ground fruit pits particles, ceramic binder fine powder, dextrin fine powder, 50 % aqueous solution of lignosulfonate, as well as a prepared mixture of abrasive grain with size of 600–840 mcm and the dextrin fine powder, at that, mixing is carried out by mixing the 100–250 mcm abrasive grain for 1–2 minutes, adding aluminosilicate particles and their mixing with the 100–250 mcm abrasive grain for 3–5 minutes, adding water and mixing for 2–3 minutes, adding fruit pits and mixing for 3–5 minutes, adding ceramic ligament powder and mixing for 4–6 minutes, adding 50 % of the dextrin powder planned amount and mixing for 2–4 minutes, adding the lignosulfonate solution and mixing for 2–4 minutes, adding of the 600–840 mcm abrasive grain mixture and 50 % of the dextrin powder planned amount and mixing for 3–5 minutes.
EFFECT: enabling the molding material homogeneity and increase in the abrasive tool technical characteristics.
