ORTHOPEDIC APPARATUS FOR THE HOLE-STYLE JOINT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61F5/01 A61F5/00

Abstract RU 2631103 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: orthopedic device for the ankle joint, comprising an inner and outer elastic ankle joints made of a polymer composition, a shank collar with an abutment made of a polymer composition, a foot collar with an abutment pad, liner fastening elements, characterized in that the inner and outer elastic ankle joints are made in the form of a four-petal spatial figure, the inner surface of which is flat, and the outer one is made in the form of a convex central ellipsoidal base antenna with upper and lower areas-petals of rounded shape, located at angles 45° and 110° to the axis of symmetry of the figure. In the center of the petals, there are holes, in each of which one end is fastened, and the other ends of the fastening elements are connected to the lower lateral portion of the shank sleeve and to the upper side portion of the foot sleeve. The sleeves of the foot and shin are made of a composite material based on a polymer composition. In the shell of the foot, a carbon strip and a fabric of synthetic high-strength filament along the longitudinal axis of the foot to the axis of the metatarsophalangeal recess and in the joints with the petal of the ankle joints are additionally stacked, and in the shank of the shin the carbon band is laid, starting from the joints of the sleeve with the ankle-lobes upwards with the intersection of overlapping on the back surface of the shank sleeve in the lower third of it and to the upper edge of the lateral surfaces of the shank sleeve, as well as in the places where the sleeves are fastened. In places where the elastic ankle joint is fastened to the shins, a fabric made of a synthetic high-strength yarn is also inserted.

EFFECT: invention ensures the reliability and comfort of the device's socks, allows to reduce postoperative and rehabilitation periods.
