SUBSTANCE: line for manufacturing igniters consists of a mechanism for assembling caps into group assemblies, a mechanism for loading impact-ignition composition, a mechanism for dispensing the impact-ignition composition, a mechanism for cutting a protective circle, a press for pressing doses of impact-ignition composition and protective circles in capsules, a mechanism for varnishing protective circles, a mechanism for encapsulation of shells in grids, a mechanism for cutting protective circles and re-forwarding them to the shells, a mechanism of anvils gathering and re-forwarding them to the shells, a press for preliminary re-forwarding of small igniters into shells, a mechanism for separation of grids and group assemblies, a press for final re-forwarding of small igniters into shells, a mechanism for unloading equipped igniters from grids alternately interacting with assembly group supply conveyor. When assembling the igniters, the grids with shells and augmented holes located upwards are placed on group assemblies with small igniters. Group assemblies are made with sockets, which are through holes with a circular collar, through which preliminary re-forwarding of small igniters is carried out with punches into the shells, and equipped igniters are supplied outside the line for varnishing bottoms and packaging.
