SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of synthesis of an imaging agent having a formula presented below, and its precursors. In said formula R1 denotes alkyl; R2 denotes hydrogen or halogen; W is -O-CH2; R3 is alkyl substituted with 18F isotope, alkoxyl substituted with 18F isotope, or alkoxyalkyl, substituted with 18F isotope, and n is equal to 1. Methods can ensure high output and large-scale synthesis in automated systems of imaging agents containing radioisotope 18F, which can be used as sensors, diagnostic tools, including for assessing blood supply, including myocardial blood supply.
