SUBSTANCE: described embodiments include the UE terminal and the eNB HARQ protocol structure for various configurations of TDD-FDD wireless network combined operations. The feedback HARQ synchronization structure in response to the transmission of PDSCH and PUSCH (or simply PDSCH and PUSCH) includes both the HARQ feedback from the UE and the HARQ feedback from the eNB. Embodiments of the HARQ PUSCH timeline also include both self-scheduling scenarios and joint servicing of frequency channels for PUSCH transmissions. Besides, the scheduling scenarios of frequency channels joint servicing provide FDD cell scheduling or TDD cell scheduling.

EFFECT: increased transmit channels capacity.
